BR

  • introduction:
BR is a copolymer of butadiene (CH2=CH-CH=CH2). BR can be divided into two major categories. Those polymerized with Chigler-shaped catalysts contain more than 90% cis-1,4 binding, which is called high cis BR . The cis -1,4 of those who use lithium catalysts bind about 35 %, which is called low cis BR
At present, the world’s BR production accounts for about the second place in the total production of synthetic rubber, second only to SBR
  • Characteristics:
BR has excellent wear resistance, high elasticity, cold resistance and other characteristics. Therefore, it is widely used in various tires, belts, balls, shoe materials, etc.. BR has the following advantages and disadvantages
    advantage
    1) Excellent wear resistance
    2) High resilience
    3) Less active fever
    4) Excellent low temperature characteristics, that is, low crystallization temperature
    5) It has good traction when used in tire pattern
    shortcoming
    1) Poor processability
    2) Tensile strength, low tensile strength
  • Classification:
There are no certain rules for the BR naming of each manufacturer, so each manufacturer has its own certain BR brand. At present, the main BR in the domestic market are as follows:
    TSRC – BR 0150 (高 Cis)
    Japan Zeon – BR 1220
Korea LG – BR 1208 (High Cis), BR 1209 (Low Cis)
China – Yansun, Gaoqiao Petrochemical – BR 9000 (High Cis)
Iran – BR 1220 (high Cis)
Russia – BR 1220 (High Cis)
  • Origin:
At present, there are mainly domestic TSRC production BR, Chi Mei production Solution BR and various traders importing BR from various countries.
