Natural Rubber

  • introduction:
    Natural rubber is mainly collected from rubber trees, and the rubber tree is mainly Hevea rubber tree (Brazilian rubber tree). When collecting, use a knife to cut the bark and collect the oak pulp that flows out. The rubber pulp collected from various places is collected in the rubber farm, filtered and concentrated, which is the raw material for the manufacture of rubber liquid. The manufacturing of raw rubber requires filtration, defoaming, coagulation, smoke, air drying and other processes. The main component of natural rubber is isoprene, which has excellent elasticity, tension and other physical properties, which cannot be replaced by artificial rubber
  • Classification:
    Natural rubber is mainly classified by appearance (e.g. RSS, ADS), and technically classified rubber (e.g. SMR, STR) has also been introduced recently

  • Origin:
    The main production areas of natural rubber are mainly in Southeast Asia, mainly represented by Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. At present, the largest importer of natural rubber in China is Thailand, mainly RSS3, STR 5L, and ADS.
